I have been using Karma for over 10 years. I need to reload my system to another computer. I've lost my key, and I need to retrieve it. How do I go about this?

I believe that you can recover the key through the Customer Menu available on the official website.
If you don't have a username and password, then you'll have to contact the developers to pull the registration data from their records since they're the only ones who have this ability.
I have installed and tested the software and its limitations are not related to time instead to program's functionality. As you will see below, the limitations are applied to the way you work with songs and their playback.
Quote from the Help section within the software's interface: "Trial version limitations - Until the program is activated with a valid license, you are limited to 3 singers in the rotation and 3 entries in the playlist. There is no time limit on using the program in trial mode and everything else is fully functional."
If you have the software installed, start it and then click on the Menu button on the upper-left area and click on the Media button. It will open another window where you can add a folder or a single file into the database.
Also, after you finish this procedure click on the Update Database button and then Karma will play them.
If you have the files on a certain partition on your PC, then open the application and go to Menu > Media. Click Add Folder and mark the folder where the media files are located. I have tried other file formats, but it should work with the CDGs as well.
The cost to purchase the software "Karma" for Windows is not provided in the question.
